Tracking your package on our website is easy. As soon as UPS/FedEx picks up your package an email will be sent to you with your tracking information. If, after 48 hours your package does not appear on the tracking system, then please contact and we will manually look up your package tracking information.
We ship UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground. US Postal shipments (P.O. Boxes, Military P.O. Boxes, etc.) UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box. Free shipping promotions are good for orders shipped within the USA only.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours pending credit card verification. Please allow 7-10 working days for ground orders.
